CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Hire Items (Furniture, Audio Visual, Electrical and all other hire product):

If an order is cancelled after the Goods have been delivered or installed, there will be no refund applicable. Full charges will apply.

If an order is cancelled less than five (5) days prior to installation, a refund of 50% will apply.

If an order is cancelled within fourteen (14) and five (5) days prior to installation, a refund of 75% will apply.

 

Custom Stands, Stand Packages, Signage & Production Elements:

If a Custom stand is cancelled 29 days or more prior to event bump-in date, a full refund will apply, however, no refund will be given on any custom, signage and production elements where construction has commenced (including any materials sourced for production).

If a Custom stand is cancelled between 28-21 days prior to the event bump-in date, a refund of 70% will apply.

If a Custom stand is cancelled 20-14 days prior to event bump-in date, a refund of 40% will apply.

If a Custom stand is cancelled within 14 days prior to event bump-in date, there will be no refund applicable. Full charges will apply.
